Talent Acquisition has seen a lot of dramatic changes in a short amount of time. Teams have had to deal with new concepts such as Quiet Quitting, The Great Resignation and The Great Reshuffle, along with economic uncertainty. Although our current environment may seem tumultuous, it has also created an opportunity for Talent Acquisition teams to pivot to strategies that focus on the candidate experience.
